HI, I’M PRECIOUS
I’m a UX and Service Designer interested in understanding how people interact with products and services, and finding ways to make those experiences clearer, more accessible and easier to navigate.
I have a Master’s in UX and Service Design from Loughborough University and a BA Hons in Product Design from the University of Huddersfield. My experience has taken me across different spaces, from media and entertainment to education and assessment, working on everything from digital journeys and interactions to more complex workflows and services.
Most recently, I’ve been working with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where I’ve been designing for the Authoring Tool and Test Player. I’ve particularly enjoyed working through complex requirements, thinking about different user needs and roles, and collaborating with product, engineering and other teams to turn those into clearer experiences.
I enjoy the process of figuring things out by asking questions, making sense of complexity, exploring different possibilities and gradually getting to something that feels right. I’m also particularly interested in accessibility and inclusive design, and how thoughtful design decisions can make an experience work better for more people.
Outside of design, I enjoy fitness, reading, art, photography and exploring new places. I’m naturally curious and always interested in learning something new, whether that’s related to design or not.
